Terms of Service

• I reserve the right to decline a commission if the terms aren't followed.
• You are free to do what you want with your art when you recieve it, however, you cannot claim it as your own, remove my signature or sell it.
• Refunds are not accepted for finished pieces.
• I require payment upfront. I will send an invoice via PayPal.
• Each additional character will be half the base price.
• My turnaround time is anywhere from 2 days to a couple of weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.
• Each commission can be shaded or unshaded for no extra cost! It's entirely up to the client.
• I do not give out source files.
• I greatly prefer visual references over written references as it makes my life a whole lot easier! Types of reference preferred are: Ref sheets, Mood boards, or photography (ex. Clothing or Landscapes).
• I send work in progress shots in each stage to make sure everything is to the client's liking.

Info for Design and Ref Sheet Commissions

• Character Designs: Price can go higher depending on what you want in the design (i.e. a mecha character will be on the pricier side since I don't specialize in that type of design.) Comes with 1 unshaded fullbody, a headshot, and the concept sketches.
• Reference Sheets: Includes 1 unshaded fullbody, 2-4 chibi outfit refs, and character info.
• Closing Note: As a freelancer, it is important that I make enough to sustain myself and my home. However, I am down to negociate if you have a simpler design or are on a budget.
